They did. I've had it for a couple of years now. They made it a 2 disc set with that tune and about 10 others that weren't part of the original release.

I love me some Feats, but I do miss Lowell George, so I love going back to the old stuff. My vinyl of Waiting For Columbus is absolutely SHOT, and I never did get the cd. I think it's high time I bought the thing.(the 2002 reissue is the one Joe's talking about, I think.)
